In fantasy football...

What do you prefer?

What are the pros and cons of each?

My league is debating going from a non-keeper to a keeper league.

We switched from a non-keeper league to a keeper a couple years ago. I love the switch. It makes you think more long term with draft picks and trades. We also made a switch to an auction league and I hate the snake draft format now.

I prefer the keeper leagues with auction and a salary cap. Much more fun in my opinion. If switching I'd recommend having a certain amount of keepers, 4 or 5 and go from there.
