My family has graciously scheduled a cruise for the 31st (Saturday after regionals start) and I was curious if I would be able to catch the games or am I crap out of luck?
Carnival cruise ship. Not sure which one.

You're screwed. Enjoy the floating trailer park.

Well that's nice. I'm pretty upset now. That's what I thought but I was hoping someone could provide me with some good news.

Real fans plan their vacations around the post season.

On royal Carribean they had espn and espn2. If on a Major network channel you should be fine. I watched the NC and nfl playoffs on a ship, but they were also on major network channels

I'm raising hell. I didn't have a choice. She scheduled it while I was at the Yale game yesterday.

I know. I've heard it several times already. I'll still be goin Friday night but I'll have to watch it on an iPad the other two or three days.

don't think you'll have much in the line of internet, either.

Yea. You just have to pay for it.

It is hit and miss on the cruises. Last year we watched LSU and Oklahouma while on a carnival ship.

Is it free, or do you have to pay?
I wouldn't go, and spend the money on tickets and booze

Pay. Not many people outside my dad and I care about LSU baseball. But we are going to pay for it and watch the games.

I meant the cruise, man

The cost for internet time on the boat is significant, so at sea it's just not good. Once you get to land, some hotels have wifi in the lobbies, and you can get creative and find other hotspots and find the game on geauxzone or some other services like ESPN3, etc, you can do this....
