I don't follow the Pelicans very close, that being said, what is the talk about Philly getting our pick about?

Furthermore this is the case through 2019 meaning if we end up with the pick this season but next season we are better and are out of the top 5 (hopefully!) then they would get the pick. If we go all the way through to 2019 without ever giving the pick then Philly gets 2 2nd rounders.
