Every year a bunch of our family members get together for a weekend in the spring just for an excuse to get intoxicated and pass a good time. This year, we decided to throw in a little fun a have a "Fry Fest". Each person has to bring something to "fry" to the party.

I need some ideas on what to fry. This is more like finger foods / appetizers.

Shrimp corn dogs. I have the recipe from Ruffino's on the site somewhere if you're interested. There's a sauce that goes with it. They're delicious.

Smoked boudin link wrapped in a spring roll wrapper. Peel the casing off of the boudin before wrapping in the spring roll wrapper. This is very easy to do if the boudin is cold. Seal the flap using egg wash. Deep fry until GBD.
