Where were the gay rights Nazis then? This is discrimination.

This bigoted POS can refuse service because she does not agree with him on gay marriage? He should be forced to close.

It's his business, no? He shouldn't be able to refuse his services if he so chooses?

Only if straight bakers have the same rights.

Note the date on the article. You didn't hear the homo crowd whining then, did you?

They do have the same rights. The reaction to the exercise of those rights is the difference here. Right or wrong, he refused service and will have to deal with the consequences (good or bad).

In theory. In reality, no.

Just more of the liberal progressive celebrated double-standard.

The sarcasm is strong, but the hypocrisy is even stronger.

Funny how the PC police are fine with this person's refusal to serve one of their clients.

No, in reality, they do. Are we talking about legality or a reaction in a social context? Two very different things. Take Zimmerman, for example. He didn't get convicted but his life will never be the same.

His stance reminds me of this.

Oh....but that has been against the law since 1964

I'm certain if the case were taken to court, the outcome would be the same as the social context.

I don't think "rights" is the correct term to be using. I think the issue is they do not share the same restriction of rights. One is restricted in their service of customers and one is not.

Isn't it amazing how liberals are so comfortable with bigotry when it fits their agenda?

No one has the right to marry. Everyone must meet certain requirements and get a license from the state.

The stylist should have every right to deny this guy service on principle just as the baker, photographer, etc. should have also had the right to do.
