This story sums up the discretionary ability of the millennial generation quite well...

Good. Confidentiality agreements exist for a reason.

Moral of the story... Don't brag about your Gulliver travels.

Now, instead of going to Europe, she's going to have to get a job this summer. Can you imagine how many people (especially alums of the schools) are going to find out where she's working, casually walk by the establishment, and yell out, "SUCK IT, B!TCH!"

I think this is one of those instances where the Confidentiality Agreement should be thrown out. I hate how they are used by businesses to say (basically) "We fricked up, we know we did, here's money to settle our dispute only if you never, ever tell anyone".

Or, more likely, "Here's your nuisance settlement of $80K because we know it's going to cost us a lot more than $80K to fight this bullsh!t. So, we want to keep it confidential so that sue-happy leeches, LIKE YOU, don't think that they can sue us and just get a quick $80K because our lawyers will charge us a helluva lot more to fight your nuisance suit."

I am continually amazed by the continued diminishing of common sense among people in this country, particularly young people. (And I'm only in my thirties)
Is this how my grandparents felt when I was coming up?

How old was Dad when he had this chick? Sixty-nine with a high school-aged kid?
