Is there a Latino equivalent to Rush Limbaugh?

If not there's probably is a huge opportunity for Latino talk show host to spread the conservative message in an entertaining manner.

A xenophobic latino wouldn't quite work the same way. You'd have to find someone that would just sit there and shout, "we all need to leave this country because we don't fit white america's narrow-minded view of what an American should be!"
