What are your uses for bacon grease?

Wanted to make some grits tonight, but was out of butter. I had some bacon grease in the fridge and threw a teaspoon of that in there with some romano/parm. Turned out real nice!

Cook lots of bacon, split biscuits in half and fry in the grease, cook eggs in remaining grease, then make bacon egg and cheese biscuits and die and early age

I've tried this, and why it's delicious, I still prefer the taste of butter, with some bacon on the side.

I love cooking chicken cutlets in bacon grease.

I had some of those square fish patties you find in the freezer case. Wanted to make a sammich but those things tend to be bland. So, I tried sauteing them in some bacon grease I had leftover from that morning.

Greatest fish sammich I ever had.
