Turkey population in south amite county?

How is the turkey population here? My uncle has 500 acres I can hunt and trying to seer if worth the time. I can't get out there for two weeks so trying to see if anyone hunts near by can give a brother a heads up.

I'd say it would be worth it. I've hunted south west amite co and seen plenty

Killed one near that area. Buddy and his dad have killed a ton in that area. I would give it a shot. Don't you work that way?

I work in west fel. This property is a few miles north of Clinton.
