the weather is warming up and they should be more available/cheaper. what's the word in Louisiana or Houston? I haven't found a decent place in Houston to buy live yet. I know it's always going to be more expensive here but was wondering about LA prices and size. whatcha got?

Still pretty small for the most part and pricey too. I forget how much per pound they were at the time.

ETA I think $4/lb live.

We did a boil last Saturday. We only had two couples, so we ate like kings. It was $50 a person not including beer. They were nice sized as well. Got them at Kenny's in Slidell.
