In my experience, yes. The Bourbon County and the Sisters are the only exceptional beers they produce. Their regular lineup is meh to just OK.

Goose Island 312 isn't bad but it isn't anything special, you would think based on sisters/Bourbon they could produce an everyday beer that is awesome
