6 arrest no mention of a conviction and you have no idea when he was arrested/convicted of the other ones. He quite possibly could have had a valid liscense, unlikely but possible.

When was his 5th dwi? He is 51 so I imagine he has been getting them for 30+ years

I went to school with a girl that was a 4.0 student and did the whole volunteer work , church activities etc. got 3 in one year. Never saw her trashed ever. She's now a doctor. Barely over .08 and all three times she was driving others home that would have broken the meter. Bad luck and youthful ignorance bite you in the arse sometimes.
