Another Kennedy Acquitted of a crime they committed

Facts of the case not in dispute:
She took 10mg sleeping pills
She was driving
She caused an accident
She passed out on the side of the road
She was acquitted because she didn't knowingly feel the effects of the drugs prior to the accident.
