I hope this dude doesn't off himself.

But if he did, hopefully the new term for suicide will change to 'going Incognito'.

True that.....
I hope he gets help, but don't think there's a cure for a-hole Syndrome.

Good for him...after all that stress that prick John Martin put him through, Incognito could use a little R&R

There it is! I was wondering if someone was gonna make this kinda comment. Didn't expect it on page one though. Kudos.

This whole situation is so odd. While I don't think Incognito is anywhere near as guilty as the media is saying, it's still obvious he's kind of a psycho. Jmart seems to have some mental issues too, and is not the personality that is condusive to a locker room situation.

I just get the feeling Martin used him as a scapegoat to quit and that it was nothing out of the ordinary beside Incognito and other teammates being "bros".

I think the mental stress is probably stemming from the fact he got fricked over so bad and can't do anything about it.

Seeking help for going through some stressful "times"? He was kicked off 2 college and now 2 pro football teams & was rated the dirtest player in the game several yrs ago. So, any stress is not new by any means. As for "nothing out of the ordinary", everyone quoted from the league, players and mgt, have said he went way over the lines in his actions.

Just let this guy off himself already. He'd be doing humanity a favor.

There's tons more ordinary people with real problems that deserve our sympathy more than this turd.

the attention is new tho - almost no regular football fans knew his name before the story broke. Now he and Martin are topics of conversation on morning news programs and late night talk shows.

I think that the moral to be learned from this whole debacle is that mental health is a serious subject; and everyone can be subject to mental illness, even people who play football for a living.

It's not like the NFL is some bastion of mental health.

The stigma still associated with mental illness is saddening.
