Watched both of their highlight tapes and they look really similar. MM should have declared. He's better than what's out there this year.

Marcus Mariotta is not black - so no.

Then again, I guess neither is RG3.

how are they similar? They certainly aren't clones of one another. Briles offense and Kelly/Helfrich's offenses are not the same nor are they similar QBs

No. Mariota has potential, but until he realizes it I really wish people would stop setting the kid up to fail. If he would have entered this draft and went in the first, it would have only hurt him, especially with first rounder expectations.

Explosive athletes that throw the ball downfield well.

He probably made himself a lot of money by staying. There is a ton of talent going into the draft this year, he's only increasing his draft status (assuming he doesn't tank the year or something) by waiting a year. Chances are he'll be the top QB next year.

Ok, but couldn't you say that about half the QB's that enter the draft each year?

No QB ran under a 4.6 this year. I don't consider Logan Thomas in MM or RG3's class as an athlete.

He's not as good of a passer or an athlete as RG3

Will he cry like a lil bitch if he doesn't get his way like RG3?

How is Logan Thomas relevant to this discussion?

Tajh Boyd and Manziel both ran for more than 25 TDs during their careers. I would consider them both "explosive athletes" as well as Bridgewater and Bortles.
