What abandoned buildings in Baton Rouge should be torn down?

Broadmore Theater and that flea market next to it.

But the old ticket taking lady might still be in that glass booth. Let her be.

You mean the Entergy office? Believe it or not, that place is occupied. It's either been recently sold or will soon be so, and there is talk of it being a train station should the BR/NOLA rail ever become a reality.

I think The Broadmoor & Merchant's Landing should be renovated if they're still structurally sound. I love it when old buildings are re-purposed.

There is a cabinet shop and a metal shop in that building.

I assume you're talking about that long building that is brick on the front. On the left if youre heading towards downtown?

Starring Motel. Don't care if it's abandoned or not. Until that building drops to the ground, I won't vote for St George.
