Yes, worked just great with Holder, who had both civil and criminal contempt of Congress charges voted against him.
His own Justice Dept. absolved him of the criminal charge, and 20 months later the civil charge is still churning its way through the United States District Court for D.C.
Justice would also absolve Lerner of the criminal charge, and the civil charge would languish in the courts for two years or more.
Got to use a smarter approach than that.

I'm sure this has already been said, but if there's no evidence of wrongdoing who would be making credible threats on her life? Some crazy kook that has it out for her for other reasons?

There will be grandstanding, finger wagging, and useless answers given. At the end of it all, nothing will have been said and nothing will have been uncovered.
