Excuse me but what is a King Cake?

It's a Louisiana tradition, particularly around Mardi Gras. King Cakes celebrate the 12th day of Christmas and are traditionally made up until Mardi Gras day.
They're made with a little plastic baby doll baked into the cake and the person who gets the piece of king cake with the baby has to buy the next one :)
