Got some inside info from his cousin who talked with him while he was in Baton Rouge for Boys of the Boot.

Currently holds offer from Okie St and looking forward to offers from LSU and Bama.

He stated that he had talked to Miles about an offer and Miles said he is aiming for the Fall to offer him after some camps and more evaluation.

Stated Miles told him his year they will potentially lose 4 offsensive lineman and will have a chance to compete to start.

When asked about his interest in schools Magee expressed to Miles his admiration for Saban and Coach Miles responded, "I respect that but I won't back down EVER."

Asked his cousin if he was extended a offer what were the chances he would end up at LSU and he said 75% and that he wanted to remain in Louisiana!

I understand kids have decisions to make, but I hate that it's always between us and the Gumps. I understand their track record of first round draft picks, but going to Bama is like sleeping with the enemy.

I honestly doubt that it will come down to an LSU - Bama battle for this kid.

If I was coach and he mentioned another coach he respected in a conversation with me, he would immediately drop on my board, just because that shows a lack of respect. You don't bring up other coaches when you talking about wanting an offer from LSU. If he respects Saban so much, tell Saban I could care less.

From this Fans point of view he dropped from my want list.

Well I'm glad you're a guy on an Internet board and not a coach then

Get over yourself. When this kid comes to LSU, you'll cheer for him as hard as any other fan who didn't make that ridiculous comment.

Never said any of that, just that he went down on my wish list because of it.

kids sometimes don't understand what they are saying or doing. kid may have hurt himself because if it comes down to a coin flip between offering 2 guys this guy may lose out.

Yep checked in at 315 and would be looked more as a guard than tackle at his current size

In the world we live in, honesty is now a negative trait.
How many have committed, waited until the last day, then switched. Honorable?
Don't ask the question if you can't handle the answer.
