Glad to see him reject the bullshite kumbaya photo-op and call out Obama for his shitty policies. I can just imagine all of the Dem jocksniffers running to the mike to scold him for the breach of protocol.

Who was that pussy governor that spoke after Jindal?

Bipartisan is translated as marching in lock step formation with the Obama agenda, or don't speak out about it, rather be seen and not heard so that silence is tantamount to consent.

Based on the article, it was Mike O'Malley from MD. Of course, I am sure his constituents are thrilled with the "skyrocketing" utility bills they've been getting this winter, resulting in part from Obama's insane energy policies.

If this was after a disaster summit, or a meeting about fighting infectious diseases, ya know something actually bi-partisan, then I can see the uproar over his comments.
But this was after a meeting where Obama was trying to push his liberal policies on state governors. I have no problem with Jindal pushing back on this.

Still not ready for prime time, I see.
At some point, he will have to realize he is nothing more than a puppet.

This min wage thing is infuriating to me.
$10/hr is no more a "living wage" than $7/hr. The people trying to support themselves full time on min wage will still be in bad shape.
What it will do, combined with healthcare requirements, is increase the cost of goods and services provided by companies that employ these types of workers.
You know, good for Bobby. I'm tired of watching the GOP stand up and kiss arse to the Dems. Perhaps if we saw more GOP leaders call them out we might get a little more of the message out. Screw whats "proper". Its only the future of our country at stake.

Bobby Jindal is an objectively terrible governor. There are plenty of reasons to dislike the President, but Bobby is just about as bad as it gets. I don't care about photo-ops; neither of these men have done a particularly competent job governing.

Glad at least one Pub had the balls to speak out but objectively Jindal didn't have the time in that forum to cover the extremely long list that is the Obama debacle.

Somebody call the Wahnbulance.
I'm sure Obama's cultists had no problem with him calling the GOP "hostage takers", telling his voters to vote out of "revenge", or inviting Paul Ryan to a speech where he commences to shred Ryan's proposals on the Budget, and where Ryan had no choice to but to sit there and take it.
Man up Barry, Bobby's just taking a page our your playbook.

Look at any quantifiable metric for quality of life, education, or incarceration in Louisiana and explain to me why Bobby is qualified to run a hotdog stand.

Well unless of course you were here before as the artist formerly know as Housemate.

RU serious? Have you looked at any of those things?
How about the economy? The state has a record number of private sector jobs. Right there is enough for me.
Education: just came out that we had the greatest improvement in the nation in AP test scores. Sure we were at the bottom to start with, but that isn't Jindal's fault.
Incarceration? Now I really know you are uninformed. Jindal implemented sentencing reform to try and reduce the number of non-violent felons in prison.
Does Louisiana still rank low on a lot of lists. Sure. Going from 49 to 46 isn't victory, but it's better progress than...well then I have ever seen.
