Note: This video is entirely objective and focuses much more on government involvement and obstruction than on partisan views. It's worth a watch no matter your views. Here, Cenk does a great job.
Stefan Molyneaux Discusses Bradley Manning
NOTE: Stefan is well liked by the libertarians and anarchists here. He's likely in strong disagreement with Cenk on most issues, but here we see them united.
There are many, many other sources on Chelsea Manning; I chose the two most diametrically opposed sources to illustrate that he has definite support among the most free thinking people.
Final note: She chooses to go by Chelsea now, and I have no problem with that. Discussions about transgendered individuals can be had elsewhere. This isn't some sudden plea on her part to garner support. She was clearly and obviously female before any of this happened. Regardless, she did a great service to all of us by making us aware of things our government does. Her sexuality and gender identification don't factor into this.
In short, let's keep this political. That's the point of the board.

There are those of us who want to believe that our government is benevolent and looks out for us.
We do not wish to have that wall of ignorance broken down.

I stopped watching when he apparently missed the significance of someone being in the military with the treason charge and tried to connect it with a terrorist liking anything an American writes as treason by the American.

I bet not one in 10,000 new Bradley Manning was a female when he was arrested, how was that circumstance clear and obvious?
He may have been a wimpy little prick and sent a strong signal on just about everyone's gaydar, but to suggest he was clearly transgendered is silly.
