Free Sig 1911 22 promo???

Who went to the Covington and bought the last three 1911 w/free 22 and then went to hammond and bought their last 1911 22 combo?

The assholes at Academy at Lake Charels told me they cancelled the promo.

Just picked up a spartan with the FDE 22.

Sig cancelled it, but academy continued it by themselves. It was limited to whatever they had in stock. Covington academy had 3 combos and hammond had one. I was debating on getting one, got a text saying the same dude bought all 3 and then went to hammond and bought their last one.
I guess we can watch the local forums and see if a bunch of sigs pop up from the dickwad that bought them all trying to make a profit.

Gunbroker is flooded with the .22s. Apparently sig did this promotion because 22 ammo is so hard to find people weren't buying the 22s so they used this promo to sell the high end 45s and move the 22 inventory.

I get that. The promo from sig ended a week ago. Academy did this on their own, meaning they are eating all the cost and did not get reimbursed from sig on this. I just think its a dick move to try and screw over fellow shooters for a few bucks.

Im mad this person screwed over fellow shooters.
I could have bought all of them and sold them for a profit. I finger fricked 3 of the guns they they now own.
Point is, Id rather encourage more people to shoot and buy guns. So I left them for others to buy. Shooting is a sport for me, not a money making scheme. If I wanted to make money, Id have gotten my BIL to add me to his LLC and FFL and I would be pimping my own sales on this forum and every other south louisiana forum there is.

if you sell someone a $400 pistol for $400 how are you screwing them? I just don't see why someone who does that is a "dickwad".

Academy in BR is still running promotion.
They had 3 of the promo .45s and 3 .22's on airline this morning.
I just bought the nighmare carry, and i know for sure they have the $899 2 tone compact left.
