For those that don't know who Voulgaris is, he's a well known gambler on NBA basketball who has made millions of dollars doing so.
He's one of the best minds in pattern recognition - substitutions, clock management and matchups coaches are seeking to exploit.
He preys on inept coaches, such as Avery Johnson in the past.

I cannot see how anyone who watches this team play regularly does not conclude that Monty Williams looks like an overmatched dumbass. He is not NBA head coaching material.

some gamblers know and understand certain things about teams that your average viewer doesn't.
This is one of them. a 25 win swing is definitely about where I'd put this team (we'd be a 50 win team imo).
we have way too many close games or leads where it should have been in our favor (and we lost) and probably 1 or 2 games where we have come back.

On the 25-game swing, I think Voulgaris was most likely referring to SAS, not NOR
And he didn't say specifically 25, he said closer to 25 than 15.

i don't disagree with the SAS part at all, but i do disagree with the poster above me who stated he thought NOP would be 25 games better

He means 25 games between the two teams. example: the spurs would have 15 fewer wins with Monty as coach and the pelicans would have 10 more wins pop as their coach
