Hickey played 44 minutes had 20 pts 5 reb 8 assists 2 steals and only 1 turnover. He was all over the court getting every loose ball and he kept us in the game

I agree but get ready for the people to come in here and bitch about the final possession in regulation.

Hickey played the game of his life, he won this game for us (unfortunate the refs decided to make sure UK got a second chance)

So you don't think there is anything wrong with that last possession?

That last possession isn't his fault. Clearly Jones is allowing this.

They probably will, but when the clock's running down, you're on tired legs............
More to the point we wouldn't have been in that position in the 1st place if it wasn't for Anthony. Nowhere near.

Who would you want out there at that time anyway? TQ if he was available?
Hickey has the guts to take the last shots. He's been a hero many tines when he's made it, when he doesn't he's reviled.

(Now if Jarrell had shown up tonight we'd have won, no question. He wasn't in foul trouble so could've been more aggressive).

Anthony, you did us proud

And still did none of the following...with the game tied at regulation:

Attempt to draw a foul
Pull up from a decent range while driving to the basket.

I don't see how anyone supports that play at the end. So freaking reminiscent of the OM game.

Hickey put us in a position to win. Actually he willed us to what should have been a win.
Kids left it on the floor. We pretty much played with 7 guys. Martin needs to be feed gunpowder, he just isnt aggressive enough.
JOB needs to play like this all the time. Mickey battled his arse off.
Coleman as well.
Stringer gave us a chance, but huge missed ft's. But that happens.

It doesnt suprise me but how anyone can blame anyone other than the refs is beyond me.

No one supports it, but most people understand it. Play 44 minutes with 10 seconds left and 4 fouls on you. Put it into perspective.

If you're looking for perfection from this team - not gonna happen.

Draw a foul from this crew. Job got completely abused by cauley, no call. Refs clearly plyed favorites late.
Yes hickey lost track of time, but he was worn out.
Great effort by this team, short of martin at times.

Hickey by all intents and purposes was the reason this was even a heart breakin loss. What I appreciate about Hickey is he has Balls, no matter the outcome make or miss, good result or bad he gives us his best shot and he could care less about the consequences. You have to respect a guy with that type of attitude

In. Love toughness of Hickey and Stringer. Wanted so bad for Hickey to knock that down.
