Are any of these guys that are underclassmen football players we are recruiting?

Anybody know if Quinn's time is what he normally runs or was it a bad race for him?

Maybe we can find another Trindon out there to at least return kicks and run track - good use of a scholarship.

I know the Josh Lister kid from Haughton is a burner. He's only a freshman, good running back. You'll be hearing that name in the future.

That short sprint is ALL about the start! Quinn's time is better than that, he got a late start on indoor track due to the Army Bowl, and his stride favors the 100m more, but keep in mind that you also are viewing the state semifinals of 4A and 5A together, and if you notice the margin that separates those guys it is on the order of HUNDRETHS of a second. If you see the builds of these track only specialists you will also understand that the results would be different in full pads.

I know Chris Lewis's(Sibley, LA) trainer and he says TCU/UofH are the track schools going after him. This kid is fast, wide receiver/kickoff returner.

Chris Lewis just ran a 6.81 in the Division I finals and Sharkieth Beverly ran a 6.84 to win Division II.

For comparison, Trindon's best HS time was 6.64.

Those guys are flying.

Good sized kid. Looks bigger than I thought he was. He was sporting some LSU pants yesterday.

Jeremiah Mayes from Episcopal yesterday high jumped 6-7.5 defeating Malachi Dupre's record. Pretty impressive.
