Meal replacement/snack help

I'm always on the go during the week...I want to avoid fast food at all costs.
What are some good meal replacement/snack ideas that are healthy and will hold me over if I have to miss breakfast or lunch while on the go?

i like those bags of nuts/dried fruit combos. they actually kill an appetite in seconds.

Fruits with lots of fiber( e.g. Apples, Berries,etc.).

Almonds and quest bars are both good recs.

Any type of granola bar is always a good choice
