Was it really because of Joe Horn sleeping with his wife? I don't remember it that well but I'm sure some of you know if it was just a rumor or fact.

I was just thinking about when I met him. It was at the Gold Club in BR with my dad and some friends. I was 18 I believe. I saw him in one of the big booth tables by himself. Nobody believed me that it was him except one girl. He would occasionally have a girl come give him a lap dance but most of the time he just sat by himself. When we were waiting on the valet, the girl comes out with him and introduced us. She had went and found him to see if it was really him. He seemed like a cool guy. Just weird to see him there alone. It was the summer before his last year with the Saints if my memory is right. Thinking back, if that rumor was true, I can see why he would be there by himself. Strippers and alcohol is great for depression.

I know this is random but I was just wondering.

It was Joe Johnson that slept with his wife.

He left bc he was the best OT in the league and we couldn't afford him. He wanted to win also. Except he just helped Priest Holmes run for 2000 yds.

I didn't know it was Joe Johnson. Wasn't Joe Horn involved with a teammate's wife while with the Saints also?

Bojangles-

You were at the Gold Club with your dad when you were 18?

The first time I ever went with him was when I was 17 and my brother was 16. No fake ID. My dad was a regular and always got us in. My parents were divorced and I had no idea my dad even drank until he took us there the first time. That's when I realized my dad was nothing like I thought he was.

After that little random rant that came out of nowhere, I realize I might need to just air it out and get it off my chest. I don't know what it is but I must have some pent up issue. I don't know where all that came from! Haha. Who is the Saint's Talk psychiatrist? I blame Joe Horn.

If only this was the OT. Only the OT could fix this. Not! They are some scary bastards. I would rather kick a grizzly bear in the nuts than go start a thread like that. They would tear a man to pieces if someone really did that.

That jacket probably has a sandwich pocket sewn directly into the lining.

Farthest thing from a baller. Used to be an attorney but gave it up and now just backpacks around world. Only income is from guiding groups every few months. He is a pro at spending as little as possible. He comes home about once or twice a year for a week or two but has no permanent residence.

I'm in grad school to become a clinical psychologist, if that eases your mind.

It's also about as far away from the OT as a profession can get.
