Thinking about purchasing this workout but wanted to get some feedback first. The reviews on Amazon seem to be good for the most part. Im looking for a quick ab blast workout to do before I go to the gym in the mornings.

Also any recommendations if you didnt like this workout. Thanks

doesn't really matter what ab workout you do unless your diet is perfect

False. Although a lot of it is diet.

It means you can do abs all day long but if your diet is poor you won't see the kind of results you want.

no amount of working out your abs will get you a six pack unless you're very particular about what you eat. extremely low carbs, absolutely zero sodium, zero cheat days, etc.

80% of defined abs comes from diet

You can have the best abs in the world, but you can't see them if they're covered with fat.

Maybe if you have shitty genetics. Of course the cleaner you eat the better they'll be but its very possible to have pretty good abs eating more or less what you want.

Oh, so you're talking strictly on appearance.

yea, obviously genetics play a huge part, but you aren't going to have "pretty good abs" eating whatever you want.

defined abs come from what you eat. you can't eat burgers and fries all the time and have the extremely low body fat required to show definition in your abs

yes, but crunches and oblique exercises will still strengthen your core pretty much the same as some program will do.

Well you must have some Hercules genetics. I absolutely cannot eat whatever I want and maintain ab definition.

My abs could be much better but I like greasy food and beer. But they're very good considering I don't necessarily care about having good ones. I eat pretty healthy most of the time and I'm very active and lift 3x a week. I've always had decent genetics and a super fast metabolism.

I already know this. My diet is about as spot on as it gets these days. Ive lost almost 60lbs since June while eating more than I did when I weighed 235. I appreciate the advice though.
