my testosterone level is 180 and i am 38 years old and actively workout. Should i be using hormone replacement therapy to address this? I am not noticing much fat loss with pretty consistent exercise and a decent diet.

TIA

I was just talking to a doc friend of mine (in general, no idea what my T level is but everything is working)about this and he was telling me how studies are now showing the push for replacement T treatments are showing some real serious negative impacts or hearts.

I would talk with a real Dr and not the Low T center hucksters before starting anything like that.

I'm 32 and my doc told me anything over 150 was normal for my age.

As an O-T doctor, I suggest you aren't working out your nuts enough. Jerk off more. It will give your testicles something to do.

That is low for your age.

Did he do a free T level on you too?

Any other symptoms besides not being able to lose weight?
