so I did a little digging after you guys told me that Denise Marcelle, the councilwoman really did spend tax money to honor that piece of shite R. Kelly. I found out that he came in concert last week. Low and behold, that idiotic woman is bragging about honoring him on her facebook wall

I hope it's a gold key to open any bathroom in the city. From his past actions, Mr. Kelly seems to have a problem with finding adequate bathroom facilities to his liking.
