All fiber. I'll gladly pay more to have dedicated speed to my house as opposed to sharing my bandwidth with the rest of my neighborhood.
Look at that PING.

I don't. I believe we had to create an account initially, but we have never logged in or used it.

The point was you are showing 35 down...That would suck if you were paying for 50

First screenshot in initial post was from my laptop, located in furthest room of house, through wireless connection.

What would be the purpose of that?? Eatel guy said to get the most accurate reading to use their speed test link on their site.. May just fluff the speed to make you feel better. I don't know?
Just downloaded the speed test app and looks like some things have changed with it on your location.. I know when I first got Eatel the speed test app wouldn't pick it up and the Eatel guy said to go to their website and use the speed test there..

Because when you are using the internet, you are very rarely downloading from the Eatel servers. You are going to be downloading from servers across the country/world and it is more a representative of the speed/lag you will receive while surfing.

This is the one that I normally use, but I've now used Speedtest and Speakeasy and for the most part, I am getting the speeds that Eatel advertises.
