I really wanted to start a thread about kimchi today when I picked it up, but with all the tjs hate I decided against it. I didn't like it the last time I tried it but I didn't know how to prepare it before.

I also don't really know what to do with it now but I'm hoping to find a recipe or be inspired by an idea so I can give it a fair shot

Eat it as a side dish. It's great right out of the package and I sometimes eat it for breakfast.

Fermented foods are great for you.

Should it be served hot or cold? I tasted it cold out of the package the first time...

Korea House in Fat City is really the only place I've had good kimchi outside of NYC. Or if Hush Supper Club ever did it again I'd get it from there, as it was damn damn good.
