NBA 2k14 server problems

Can anyone else connect to the 2k servers? I can't which limits what the hell I can do on the game which pisses me off. Anything I can do to fix this?
Also can I buy accessories on here? If so I cannot figure out how.

The servers go down every now and then. When they do, I just restart the whole ps3 and it usually works. If not, then it's 2k, not anything you can do about thay but wait until they fix it.
If you mean accessories for your myplater, then you create a guy. After that, go to the main menu and move the right stick, go to "myplayer" then store and buy whatever you need.

So, you turn the game on and when you get to the main menu it doesn't/won't connect to the 2K servers? I've had that happen on Xbox One as well, but that was back when they had big-time problems.

Correct. So no online play or anything. Just says cannot connect to 2k servers. This has been 3 days now.

Nothing happens. My main menu just says quick game, mycareer, mygm, and features

Ah no wonder. You're XBone. Im still ps3. On next gen, it shouldn't be like that though. If it is, then it's either your network connection or 2k itself which 9/10, it's 2k servers; no matter what system. What does it do when you hit my career?

hate to do this, but it's definitely an XBone problem. Most everyone i've seen on PS4 is playing on The Park and doing My Team games without issue.

I can play mycareer, my gm, and quick game. No nba today, online games, don't even know what the park is since I've never seen it.
I don't think its my connection because NAT is open and I can play online on any other game.
And I can't put accessories or anything on my player or see a "store" for items anywhere. Like I don't have an option anywhere to edit anything on him other than the main menu and that's just his basic info.

Well if that IS the case, it's definitely 2k and almost nothing you can do about that. Park is pretty much another blacktop mode where you can walk around in a park, pretty much like SIMS/Playstation Home. Nothing too serious though. But yea if there's no nba today, then it's either you haven't signed up for a 2k account which it asks you to do soon as you put it in the system; or if not that, then i'd look up the next-gen problems with 2k as I can almost assure you that you aren't the only one it's happening to.

It's an ongoing and known issue on Xbone. I'm not sure how long this will be going on, but they are aware of the issues and are working on it.

On the One, I sign out of my gamer tag, then sign back in. Normally fixes it
