Anybody else's Uverse messin up?

Anybody having trouble with Uverse internet in the NO area. I'm getting pings over 1500 ms and speeds less than 3.5 Mbps down and 1.5 Mbps up. I can't even get a decent netflix stream without buffering every minute right now. I Pay for their Max plus service. I have been streaming a lot of Netflix lately, but I don't think I'm anywhere close to 250 gigs. Anybody know if they throttle or something for too much usage.

Reboot your router. It is occasionally affected by electrical storms.
If you're still having problems, check to see if one of your neighbors is on the same channel and switch to a different one. Here's a Free Wi-Fi Scanner that lets you look at all the wi-fi networks within range.

My Uverse is shitty. I never should have let them switch me over from regular DSL. Multiple dropped connections, sometimes several times an hour.
