Does anyone play in adult sports leagues?

I was thinking life as a 22-year old and up must be boring. Sports would help you pass the time and avoid a mid-life crisis. Playing sports and hanging out with your teammates afterwards gives you a special rush. What sports do you guys play?

People take that shite too seriously though. Have seen more than a few 40 year olds fight over a fricking softball game.

sports put adults in the hospital...when you get "old" you typically try to find things to paas the time that won't keep you from earning a living...

Lulz. You have less time as you age. Job and kids run your life.

Flag Football. Hands down the most fun (legally) I've had in a long time.

My college life is pretty boring and sad , but how is life past 22 worth living? Playing flag football, soccer, basketball, or even Frisbee would make life a little less mundane

When I was in my 30s I pitched on a slow-pitch men's softball team. It was a lot of fun and we won the B division in Alexandria, Virginia in 3 consecutive spring and fall leagues. One of the youngsters on the team thought we should play A division. So, we tried. We played .500 and I had whiplash from watching the ball go over the fence. Those teams in the A division took it way too seriously. We had a good time, though.

I'm in a darts league and sometimes dodgeball. Not a league but I'm also a member in a climbing club.

I play proffesional paintball on the weekends

I played softball, basketball, volleyball, flag football and over 30 baseball (one year)
It's great. It can also get really competitive. Lots of former college and even minor league athletes play

I would love to be in a volleyball or flag football league. Would be fun.

I've played coed softball and volleyball, in addition to mens softball.
Some of the ladies were much better than I at volleyball.

Golf, softball, volleyball, ping-pong, and tennis. Never been injured and have been playing these sports since before you were born.
