Johnny jones needs to do some serious soul searching, and assistant coach searching while he is at it. This isn't even fun anymore. You want asses in the seats in BR? Then win some damn games. Pathetic

You can't win on the road if you don't defend. Until that changes for a Johnny Jones LSU team, the result won't change

We suck at home too. Lost to Rhode Island.

It is just more so on the road because opposing teams shoot the ball better in their own gym. We play the same shite defense home or away.

Not expecting, but was hoping we would. We just give up on the road

This.

An average offensive team such as LSU cannot allow over 75 points in a road game and expect to win.

I was expecting wins against UGA and TAMU. This is just the nail in the coffin after losing those 2.

This is what happens when you settle on coaching hires.

Their only wins on the road are against the worst team in the SEC and a 13-11 Texas Tech team, and some people think they can win at Rupp or UF -

18/19 wins and the NIT seems about right at this point.

I think they looked much more energetic than at A&M.
They had some serious lapses in the last 5 minutes, but were in the game real close for a while, despite a hostile crowd that was all hyped more than usual 'cause of Bill Clinton & old players retiring jerseys etc. This is a team that was 41 of 56 games at home.

I don't know what happens during those lapses, but I was hoping for more spirit from coaches and bench players. They all looked like they were at the movies or something.
It's hard to keep going through adversity if your coaches/bench looks disinterested.

when has LSU EVER won on the road in the SEC? I said a week ago that LSU would lose by 10 at Ark but i guess i am getting a little rusty. Basketball is VERY predictable. Next Sat LSU will lose by 20 at Kentucky and in 2 weeks we will lose by 25 at Fla. But there will be home wins against Miss St and A&M during that time

I disagree completely. This was a game that I (and most others) thought was going to be a loss at the beginning of the season. I thought they did care and were trying, but just couldn't finish it out.

JOB was a beast today.

Yeah, they didn't play awful today. It was a good game for most of the game. LSU struggled in the last five minutes and kept fouling the same guy who was nailing every free throw. Also, Arkansas played a good game and was fired up.

Now, at aTm was a different story...

The truth is that most of the NCAA sucks on the road. It's getting like the NBA. Only the best of the best are a little different.
