Fastest internet in Baton Rouge?

Hive mind, what is the best Internet service/speed in Baton Rouge? I recently bought a gbox mx2 and am looking to cut the cable chord but I'm trying to find something that will stream without much buffering.

Depending on where you are, your options are essentially Cox and U-Verse. U-Verse's top speeds are 24Mbps down, and I think the monthly cost is in the $50-60+ range. Cox's fastest speed is 150Mbps down, and it's regularly $99 a month.
I'm on the 50Mbps plan. It's $73.99 a month, but I pay $59 because I called and played the "I-want-to-cancel" card.

I cut the cord and am rolling the tier 2 cox. I think we are in the $60.00/month range. No buffering issues. We use the roku.
