Remington bails on New York for Alabama

I feel sorry for all the pro-Second Amendment folks in upstate New York, who Michael Bloomberg and his ilk consider a nuisance. I wonder how many of them have moved to Vermont in recent years due to gun issues.

Article says Remington plans to keep the NY plant running, but scaled down. I would doubt 1/2 of the 1,200 current NY workers would be moving to Huntsville.

Even if some come.. it just benefits Bama with more jobs and income. They have to buy a house or rent, and spend their money here. This is a win/win for the State of Alabama. I hope more companies bolt from these liberal states that have openly declared war on their livelyhoods.

This has already been happening and will continue more and more. I mean , what business person wouldn't want to make millions more a yr by just saving on taxes.
