I support the ban of all foods and soft drinks that cause millions of people to be diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes every single year.

I called PepsiCo (1-800-433-2652) to see what’s what. “That is absolutely outrageous,” Customer Service Rep Hannah said. “We would never do something like that.” After spending an Internet eon on hold listening to the audio history of Pepsi jingles, Hannah transferred me to her supervisor, Elise Galgano. “PepsiCo doesn’t sponsor any gun control-related event,” she told me. “I’ll pass this along to my boss and get back to you.”
We’ll update this post as and when.
Is this confirmed? Not that I drink Pepsi anyway.

If true you should not only boycott Pepsi, but any restaurant that carries exclusively Pepsi. And let them know about it.

Amen.
We loose close to 400,000 American due to Obesity and it's related conditions every year. If they wanna ban something that saves lives they should start with that poison in a can.

Meh, to have any effect you'd have to ban HD TV, the internet, and video games. I didn't know I had fat kids in my neighborhood until one day I got home at the same time the school bus was unloading. Every kid I had ever seen outside playing was skinny, but there were just as many big kids as skinny kids getting off of the bus .

Exactly, so where are they supposed to draw the line? How. much freedom do we have to sacrifice for an allusion of safety?

Darwinism
Should be left up to the individual

Not to get political, but it's an overall change for the worse in society. Those in the minority have to be made to feel comfortable by the majority and it's ridiculous. You can't just be tolerant/accepting of gays, you have to support their cause. We need "common sense" gun control because there are people that "feel unsafe". Now we have a transgender male playing on a frickin girls softball team because he "self identifies" with being female. It's almost scary to try to predict what society will look like in 20 years.

It will collapse at this rate. It's not self sustaining.
The same things have happened throughout history. You saw the same thing with the Greeks and Romans. The forced tolerance and diversity of their civilization weakened them both financially and defensively to the point that they were almost to easy to conquer by the first halfway decent group that came knocking, i.e. the Romans in Greece in 146 B.C. and the Visigoths with the Romans in 410 A.D.
