Used Adobe for DROID but upgraded to Galaxy but need a Flash player. Any ideas?

You're out of luck. Pretty sure Adobe stopped developing flash for mobile devices.

Check and see if Puffin Browser works on the S4. It plays flash on all my Nexus devices so it should work on that one.
Get the free version to test and if it works the paid version is cheap and worth it.
