Flower delivery problem

So I ordered some flowers earlier in the week to get delivered to my bitch's office today. I specifically asked them, and confirmed that they were supposed to be delivered before 12 today. 12:45 and they are nowhere to be seen. She left town at 12, and won't be back until Monday, so can I just go ahead and cancel it and get a refund($125)?
I can't get them on the phone, so if they go there, no one is going to get them. Will I still be able to cancel the order if they are already in the van?

they should have your phone number and will call if no one is there for delivery

I think there might have never been flowers to begin with. Assuming you put it on a credit card dispute the charge if they don't give you your money back by the end of the day Monday.

You ordered local or from an national service?

you're asking us if you can get a refund? You need to be talking to them about that. I seriously doubt you get a refund

I had something similar happen on my wife's birthday. I had ordered through an online company that contracted to a local florist.
After 2-3pm and the flowers not arriving I finally called and was told there was a delay and they wouldn't be able to deliver them that day. I went off on the people and told them to cancel my order. The local florist tried to backtrack and say they'd deliver them by 6pm (when my wife was already gone from work) then they'd deliver them to my house...I told them to frick off and give me my money back which they promptly did.
long story short, I think you should be able to get your money back.

My flower shop, before I finalized my purchase, made it a point to tell me they couldn't guarantee delivery by any certain time. Sounds like you used a shitty florist.

1. Don't use pro flowers or shite like that.
2. $125?? I use a great florist and paid $52 for a dozen and a half roses in bouquet.
3. No pussy for you

Well shite. I would've sworn you used one of those 800 numbers because they're always late.
Dispute that charge with the quickness. You shopped at Target a few weeks ago and now someone's ordering flowers with your card number.

Think about the companies screwed by the snow

I seem to agree with most things you say.

$125 for flowers that will be dead in a week?

Sucks, man. Your woman got my flowers, though. She isn't really drinking with the girls tonight.

Those national companies just contract local florists for flowers...

Thing is, I can't get the assholes on the phone to try and cancel the order. Been trying to call since 12
3) she is driving to hang out with me the entire weekend

Simply call your card company and dispute the transaction. They will take it off immediately, especially if it were a phone transaction.
When the florist calls and asks why, tell them she is gone and they missed her.
Secondly, referring to someone you are supposed to love as a "bitch" on Valentine's day tells me your story is shady as hell and you ordered late!
