Who's selling them in the NOLA area?

I'm really just looking for the seat and unfortunately don't have the time to make one myself.

Heed the new ordinances when you drag that thing out to the parade route.

The Search Function is your friend on this one.

I usually don't throw to people on ladders. My only exception are the mentally handicapped.

What about physically handicapped kids? Do you throw to them if they're in a ladder? Or does a six year old with CP have to fend for himself in the scrum at street level?

I don't like the assholes who chain a row of ladders together any more than the assholes who rope off "their" spot on the neutral ground, but ladder seats are a good way to keep a child safe and allow them a good view of the parade. Handicapped, or not.

This is fine with me. It's the people that used to set up a wall that would annoy me to no end. I am curious to see how people will set up this year.

I am thinking of using my gopro for the ride this year.

I never really noticed ladders as a kid, didn't seem like there were that many back in the 80s. Went back for the first time in awhile in '11 to take my wife that had never been. Could not believe the shite with the ladders chained together blocking everything.
