Sour Cream Sauce for Chili, Tacos....

I saw a TV food show host make a quick sour cream sauce for his chili. He used sour cream, chipotles, fresh lime juice, salt, black pepper and garnished with fresh cilantro. I made chili last night and this sauce. Very good on my chili.

I make something similar for tacos, Mexican crema, chipotles in Adobe sauce, chopped up some of the chipotles and take the sauce and mix in it with the crema, good stuff

That's exactly how I make my chipotle cream that I put on my fish tacos except I add a little bit of mayo to it. Tasty indeed!

Next time I might use the Mexican crema or their sour cream.
