Anyone else doing this tomorrow morning? I guess we will be doing mock 3 point contests and stuff in the arena.

Holy crap? You get to shoot an actual 3 pt timed contest on an NBA floor?
I am BEYOND jealous.
I would love to know how tiring it really is and if I could break double digits with only 1 minute to shoot.

I highly doubt it, and that's not a knick on you. The NBA 3 is a deep shot.

Un-timed I could do it 7-8 times out of 10, but I've always wanted to do the rack with the 1 minute timer.
I doubt it too as I have a feeling I'd have a hard time getting off more than 3 racks and I'm not used to quick triggering like that.
Ii would have been fun to try.

No, I could shoot 33% from NBA 3 wide open. That's really not that good. If you watch players in warm-ups, they can hit 70-80% of their 3 pt shots wide open even though 40+% is great in-game.
Double digits = 10+ points/30 possible points
You have to keep in mind that you are stationary too and shooting the same shot 5x in a row. Also easier to hit a flow. Find rhythm at one station and score 4-5 points and it's really not hard to make up the rest.
ETA: A bunch of other people standing around and event organizers isn't exactly pressure packed situation unless the Pelicans Dance Team was watching I doubt it'd make much of a difference. I'd actually think that competing against average joe's for bragging rights would lend you to shooting better than in a gym by yourself.

I could score 10+ points out of 30 seven or eight times out of 10 from NBA 3. The wing 3's suck, but the corner 3's and the straightaway 3's aren't that bad.

nba 3s are quite a bit different from 3s in your gym. I can usually shoot pretty well, but i'm sure it will be strange shooting from so far away
