I know we got a few farmers on here. I heard the icy weather has really hit the crawfish hard. What's the outlook?

If the weather was perfect for crawfishing, it would still be "ain't catching shite"

I will give the OB an update when my brother pulls his traps in the spillway. Just baited them yesterday.

This year will be real easy for them to cite a reason for the high prices. Blame it on the cold weather!

Typical years they have to alternate between:

"Not enough water"
Too much water"
"Moon not bright enough"
"Cane got blown down by 'de storm"
"Gas prices too high"
"Poule d'eau ate 'em all"

Whatever!
