Garcina cambogia - has anyone here had experience with this diet supplement?

It's claimed to suppress appetite and help the body reduce the creation of fat. Dr. Oz seems to think it works but what have you experienced or heard?

You have to eat like two pills 30 minutes before each meal or something like that. Ain't nobody got time fo dat.

Yeah, I figured there'd be no love for Oz here, and I'm not sure he's right on this either, only mentioned it because it's exactly why this product has taken off like it has. He gave it a lot of love on one of his shows apparently and now everybody and his brother are trying to market their product of it. He could have been paid to 'market' it, I wouldn't be surprised.

My wife bought some and had minimal results in appetite suppression.

Go to GNC and buy some Guarana and try it. It's cheaper and works better.
