On the finale tonight, Herschel Walker baked chicken in broth, wine and seasonings. When done, he fried them. Looked and sounded good. Hoping his recipe makes it on the site. Herschel is a good cook.

Last week, Florence Henderson made hot dogs with slaw, Russian dressing and hot dogs wrapped in pastrami cooked on a griddle. Those looked good too.

Also, out of his many personalities, I figured one of Herschel's would be a chef

It's on Food Network. Last night was the finale, but they'll probably replay it a bazillion times. I haven't checked to see if that recipe is on the site now. The hot dog recipe is there. I could almost smell those with that crispy looking pastrami on them.

Herschel is like Sybil. That guy has a lot of talent other than football or, at least, he tries a lot of other things. Seems like a pretty cool fellow. I enjoyed watching him.

He is a super nice guy. I've seen him at several events around DFW. My brother is a motorcycle cop, and Herschel shows up at a lot of the interdepartmental bike events. He is pretty friendly and approachable. Didn't mind posing for pictures and chatting for a bit.

Seems genuine. I want to see his recipe for the chicken. It's still not up yet.
