Is it worth getting the collector's edition on games now?

I usually don't unless it's a game that I've played for years. Seems like a waste of money these days.

It depends on the collectors. I tend to because I like games that have good OSTs or artbooks

Depends on how much you like the game/developer. I had no problem dropping the dough for Mass Effect 3 and GTA V collectors editions.

I use the mouse pad I got with the Heart of the Swarm collector's edition. Sound track is solid too, although Wings of Liberty has a better sound track.

yeah, blizzard usually has some solid stuff. I was considering getting Reaper of Souls collector's edition, but it seems pretty weak and even though i'm a huge diablo fan, I can't justify spending more on this than just the game itself due to how bad I got burned the last time
