Cooking lobster at home

I have never done it but I want to give it a whirl. What's the best way? Boil, steam? Thanks.

steam and serve with butter or grill

do not over cook and do not use crab boil

Boil them with a little crab boil. Adds a sweetness ot them. I'd say about 12 minutes for a 1.5 lb lobster.
