So I bought some seafood stuffed pork from Alexanders on old perkins yesterday. It was a little over 3 lbs but I'm not exactly sure how to cook it. Any suggestions? TIA

I assume a loin, so just treat like a roast in the oven after browning the exterior on the stove.

Yea it's a pork loin. It has some bacon on top as well.

Seafood stuffed pork just doesn't sound like it goes together. I would think you coukd cook it just like regular pork. Let us know how it goes and tastes.
